Artist Statement  /I am unconventional. I don’t have a shtick. If I had to adhere to a singular repetitive style, I would rather be an accountant. I’m a self-taught artist. I do what I want. I make what I like. I create what feels authentic to me. This could be a painting, a sculpture, a chair, a book, or a paperclip. I have a company called dl/s (DAVEY LEAVITT STUDIO), where I collaborate with brands and sell curated, open editions of my art, prints, clothing, accessories, books, home decor, objects, and miscellaneous things. It is also a design agency for all of your multidimensional creative needs.
